Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We know buying a candle online can be tricky. Your happiness and satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a candle and you are not completely in love, please contact us so we can make it right.
Candle Appearance and Care:
We use clear glass jars which are prone to noticeable wet spots. Although we do everything in our power to prevent this, it is ultimately out of our control. Wet spots are created when the candle has sat in a cold environment for a period of time and therefore the soy wax has shrunk back from the jar. We cannot guarantee your candle will be free of wet spots, but we can promise this does not in any way effect the function of the candle in any way. We're happy to refund candle sales (aside shipping costs) returned to us within 7 business days, unused. Simply contact us with your order number and let us know which candle(s) you'd like to return. We will send the address of which to send the candle. Once we receive the candle and confirm it is indeed unused, we will return all funds (aside shipping costs) within 2 business days. Return and Refund Policy Details:
You have 7 business days to return a candle from the date you received it
To be eligible for a return, the candle(s) must be unused and in the same condition
The candle must be in the original packaging and you will need to provide us with the order # via email
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
You will receive the credit within 2-3 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies
